What a manager works with
Merchants
Onboard a merchant with its tariffs, commissions and assigned system methods, then override any of it per merchant. A view modal shows effective settings, tariffs, commissions and routes in one place, and an inline routing preview resolves a real route before anything goes live.
Transactions
Payments, payouts, exchanges, refunds and chargebacks share one filterable surface. Filters are URL-addressable, so an operator can send a colleague the exact view they are looking at instead of describing it.
Providers and MIDs
Providers are modules; MIDs are the objects routing actually decides on. Methods are enabled per currency, and per-merchant overrides sit on top without forking the system method definition.
Currencies, rates and wallets
Currency pairs with rate sources and rate locks, merchant wallets per currency, and balance history with reserve visibility — so "where did this amount come from" always has an answer.
Disputes and chargebacks
Manager dispute operations are broader than the merchant's opt-in dispute rights, with document upload and download on the shared evidence store.
Roles and permissions
RBAC down to individual panel actions, plus merchant-user security actions: force-reset a merchant's 2FA, or send a password reset link to the merchant host.
